When using your Haiboxing 18859, does the RC car does not respond to input as expected? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Low Car Battery
If the car seems slow, make sure its battery is charged.
Low Remote Batteries
Ensure the AA batteries in the controller are charged and replace them if needed.
Wheels are Obstructed
The RC car may have trouble turning due to small obstructions in the wheel, such as mud. Check the wheels for any obstructions and remove them.
Disconnected Axels
Rear wheel axel may have come loose during use, ensure it is properly attached to the rear wheel and rear of the car. The axel should be straight.
Motor Damaged/Malfunctioning

Servo Damaged/Malfunctioning
The servo is the part of the car responsible for turning the wheels. It should be noted that only the front wheels should turn. Make sure that the wheels respond to the controller and if not, try replacing the servo. To replace the servos, follow the Haiboxing 18859 Servo Replacement Guide.
