Device won't power on
The monitor does not show any signs of turning on or receiving power.
Is the device getting power?
Ensure the monitor is connected to a receptacle and that receptacle is powered. This can be verified using a working cell phone charger or lamp. First verify the test device is functioning, then connect the test device to the receptacle being used. If the device doesn't power on the issue may be with the power to the receptacle. If the device does power on the issue may be with the power supply or the power button.
Are all cords connected properly?
Check to make sure the power cord is properly plugged into the monitor and the outlet, since loose connections will not provide any power to the monitor.
Is the power cord functional?
Make sure your power cable has not tears or scratches. If the power cable is damaged, try using a new power cable and see if the monitor shows signs of receiving power.
No Image Is Displayed
The monitor shows a black screen or the image doesn't appear as it should. it may be off center or larger/smaller than expected.

Is the monitor calibrated?
The auto button to the bottom right of the display will calibrated the monitor. Press this button should there be any display issues
Monitor Reset
To perform a reset, unplug the monitor from any power and hold the power button down for a minute. Once that is done plug in the monitor and test to see if the buttons are working now.
No Sound For Device Speakers
The monitor's speakers have no sound coming from them.
Is the volume high enough to be heard?
Try to increase the volume by pressing the corresponding button on the monitor. You can also go to the speaker settings through your computer and change the volume to at least 75%. Try to play sounds on your computer to test if the speakers now work.
Is the monitor muted?
Make sure the monitor isn't being muted so that no sound can come from the speakers. Check for this in the speaker settings through your computer.
Are the speakers functioning?
If the above steps still don't work, replace the monitor's speakers. See the Speaker Replacement Guide.
Can't Change Inputs/Volume/Access Menus
The buttons on the monitor will not respond and the user is not able to access any menus or perform any actions with the monitor's controls.

The Image Appears But Not Correctly
There is an image but it is too dim, or off center.
Is the resolution of the image and the monitor the same?
If the monitor is not set to display a resolution as high as what it being sent to the monitor, start the computer and press F8 to open the Advance Boot Options screen and select Safe Mode . Start you computer and check if the monitor is now displaying images.

My sound off monitor works, it just takes 5-10 seconds for the audio to fade in. Then if no sound is going for 5 seconds it will fade out and takes 5-10 seconds of audio to fade back in. What can I do??
