Computer Will Not Power On
You have trouble powering on your computer.
Faulty Battery
If the light of the charger is on, make sure the charger is connected to the computer. If the computer only turns on when the charger is connected, then the battery needs to be replaced. Use the following guide to do so.
Faulty Charger
Make sure the charger is plugged into the computer and that the charge light is on. If the charger is plugged in, but the light does not turn on, the charger is faulty. Consider replacing the charger.
Keyboard Not Responding

Additional Thermal Paste Needed
Your computer may not be making contact between the heat sink and processor. This is usually caused by a lack of thermal paste or by air in between the two components. To fix this issue clean off the old thermal paste and then apply a bead of new thermal paste in the center of the processor. Gently push the heat sink back in place and re-tighten screws.
Touchpad Not Responding
The touch pad on your computer is unresponsive.
Faulty TouchPad
First, check to see that the TouchPad is on by double tapping the upper left corner of the TouchPad. If your TouchPad is still unresponsive you can perform a hard reset by doing the following:
