Wi-Fi Needs to be Turned On

Restart is needed

Router is not functioning correctly
Your router may not be allowing the laptop to be connected. Try restarting your router to see if this fixes the problem. Most routers have a reset button located near the charging port. Press the button to restart the router.
Update needed
Sometimes functions of the laptop are disturbed if an update is needed. To update the device, follow these steps. Log in to your Chromebook and click on the bottom left of the screen. Now click on the search bar and type “Update”. Then click on check for update. If it prompts you to update, click on restart to update the device.
Factory Reset Necessary
Some setting could be messed up on the HP Chromebook 15a-nb0013dx. To fix this a factory reset could be necessary. To do this first sign out of the laptop. Then Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R and select "Restart". Now select "Powerwash" and "Continue". This will factory reset the device.
Faulty Wi-Fi Module
