Laptop is overheating
When your laptop getting physically hot or even turning off by itself it is likely an overheating issue.
Too many Apps opened at once
Having too many apps open at the same time can make your laptop overheat due to it having to do more work. For which the solution would be to locate the search engine on the device which would normally be located at the bottom left side of the of the device. Once you get to the search engine type in “ Task Manager” and proceed to entering the task manager where you can find all the tabs that are open at the time. From there the next step would be to close all the tabs that are open and which you aren’t using at the moment.
Dust is blowing out of my cooling fan
There can also be dust in ventilation which can cause overheating and the way to get rid of it is by doing a deep cleaning. If there is no ventilation and the fan is not working then you must have the cooling fan replaced. Due to improper ventilation or faulty CPU fan a system would heat to the peak point and leads to the sudden hard disks crash, if this happens use this guide to replace your hard drive.
Programs running slowly
When I open a program it takes too long to load up.
Multiple windows and apps opened
When the programs on your device is running slow the steps that you should take towards improving the speed of the programs is by again finding the search engine and searching up “ Task Manager” . Go onto the task manager and find the tabs that are open but that you aren’t using at the time and exit them out. That will help strengthen the speed of the programs that you are using at the time. When the battery is faulty

Airplane mode is turned on
In this case you would just simply just go to the settings menu, located on the bottom right menu of the laptop display and disable air plane mode.
Keyboard/keys not working
Most keys are unresponsive when stroked.
When there are sticky keys
When the Keyboard not working/sticky keys sometimes it could be that the the Keyboard is broken and not working in which case I’d advice to just go ahead and just buy a new keyboard if its not responding.
Dust and debris stuck under keys
Sometimes it could just be that the keyboard is just dirty and sticky in which I’d advice you to purchase a canned air and this link will provide with the proper steps towards canning the keyboard properly here.
