check battery meter or plug device in to charge.

Remove charging cable and re-insert into the back of the devise firmly.

The battery may be faulty. Replace the battery.

• Speaker is obstructed. Check that the speaker has not come loose in the housing using the Speaker Replacement Guide.
• Faulty speaker or poor connection. Replace the speaker.

• Battery is not charged - Remove charging cable and re-insert into the back of the devise firmly.
• Faulty Screen. See the LCD Touch Screen Replacement Guide.

• Loose screen connection.
• Broken screen.

• The motherboard may be faulty. Replace the motherboard.
