Battery won't Charge
The battery does not hold a charge and dies quickly.
Loose charger:
Ensure the charging port is correctly inserted into the Garmin Drive 52 and Traffic if the port is not inserted correctly into the Garmin Drive 52 and Traffic then no charging will happen.
Faulty Charger:
A poor charging cord will cause cause the Garmin Drive 52 and Traffic to not charge. Examine the charging cord for any damage, replace cord if any damage is found.
BMS Failure:
A BMS failure could mean the battery is overcharging which can ultimately lead to poor battery life.
If Garmin Drive 52 and Traffic is on the charger for excessive amounts of time this could cause a BMS failure because the battery is being overcharged. When charging the Garmin Drive 52 and Traffic make sure to unplug the cord once the Garmin Drive 52 and Traffic is fully charged to avoid overcharging.
Faulty Battery:
The older a battery is the weaker the battery life, resulting in fast draining battery. If the Garmin Drive 52 and Traffic is significantly aged replace the battery with a newer one.
Frozen Display
The display flickers or freezes.
Device Needs to be Reset:

The device displays a blue screen and the device stops working.

Software Update is Needed:

Screen is Faulty
