First, you should use the device’s charger on another device to make sure it is the battery that is the problem. If the charger is working, then something in your controller is draining the battery. You will need to check if your controller has a firmware update. If there is, you should update and check your battery again.

Mi problema si alguna me ayudar es que hace 2 días jugaba normal en la Switch y de la nada se desconecto y ya no conectaba más lo quise conectar con el cel y tampoco salía el dispositivo pero no sé podia conectar para nada así por ende pienso q algo pasa con la conexión inalámbrica como lo soluciono gracias

I got a GameSir T4 pro controller for my son to play on his tablet, it hooks up and working for the most part but the right joystick is the issue. Up is down and down is up and very sensitive as well. Is there a work around this

My T4Pro's RB Button does not work with the Switch, forcing me to map the RB button to something else. It works fine on PC (though I sometimes have to turn off Steam's controller system, or it doesn't work with certain games like Monster Hunter: World).

Hi! I have been using this for Super Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. and sometimes the joystick selects items without me touching the button, and even when the controller is on the table (and I'm not even holding it). It's not a stuck button. This even happens with the joystick portion - not touching it and it moves. For example, in the character selection of super smash bros., it might be on the table, it drifts and selects a character, all without me touching the controller. it happens randomly
