Is no audio is coming from your Edifier W820NB Plus headphones? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Headphones Not Connected
No audio will play if the headphones are not connected. Make sure your device is turned on and supports Bluetooth. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and able to discover nearby devices. When selecting from the list, be sure to look for “EDIFIER W820NB Plus” in the devices tab. If headphones are not connecting, refer to here.
Low or Muted Volume
You won’t hear any audio if the volume is low or muted. Make sure the volume is up by pressing the volume up button located on the side of the headphones. The button should have a (+) symbol on it.
Damaged or Faulty Drivers
If the previous solutions have not addressed the problem, the drivers themselves are most likely damaged. You will need to replace them, please see the replacement guide linked here.
