Device won’t charge
Tablet either won’t charge whatsoever, or won’t hold a charge for time advertised on device packaging.
Faulty Power Cord
Power cord used for charging may be damaged or faulty. Try using a different, preferably new, cord to charge device and see if issues persists.
Faulty Battery
Battery may be damaged or faulty. If trying new charging cord doesn’t work, then the fault would have to lie with the battery itself, which would mean replacing the entire tablet would be necessary.
Screen Doesn’t Respond
Screen on tablet doesn’t respond to contact with fingers or stylus.
Screen is Dirty
Touch screen can easily become dirty from the high frequency of finger and stylus traffic. Over time dirt and grime can become caked on and make contact between the screen and fingers/stylus difficult. Clean the screen with glass cleaner and cloth and check if that works.
Screen isn’t Correctly Debugged
Debugging the screen of the device ensures that the location of contact between your finger and the screen is accurately sensed in the appropriate area of the screen by the tablet itself. Debug the tablet screen and see if that improves screen response with the screen replacement guide.
Keyboard Letters Don’t Respond
The on-screen keyboard does not respond to touch.
Faulty Screen
The insensitivity of the keyboard could be a result of a completely faulty screen. If other aspects of the screen are not responding properly, refer to the Screen Doesn’t Respond section of this troubleshooting page, or consider replacing the screen using the screen replacement guide.
Google Keyboard Malfunction
The DigiLand DL718M utilizes a Google Keyboard, which could be malfunctioning and causing the keyboard to be unresponsive. To find out if this is the root of the problem, go to the Settings icon on the device, tap “Apps” under the “Device” section, and find and tap “Google Keyboard.” This will bring up a screen that allows the user to report the issue if the device detects that the Google Keyboard is not running properly.
System Malfunction or Data Overload
The keyboard could be unresponsive because the software on the device is malfunctioning or trying to run too many applications at once. Try powering the device off, waiting a few moments (to ensure that all components of the device have time to shut down completely), powering it back on, and waiting a few moments before testing the keyboard once again.
Will Not Connect to Bluetooth and/or Wifi
The tablet will not connect to wifi and bluetooth. If connected, the connection is weak or does not stay connected
Poor WiFi Connection
First, go to the settings of the device and turn the wifi off. After a second, turn the wifi back on and look for your wifi name.
Next, turn the device on and off. After powering the device back on, check the settings and connect to the wifi/bluetooth.
If the name of the network is still not showing up, you may have to reset the wifi router. To do this, look at the wifi router and press and hold the power button for at least 5 seconds or until all of the lights turn off. Let the wifi router rest for about a minute. After the minute, turn on the wifi router and try to connect.
If the name of the bluetooth device is not showing, turn off the bluetooth device and turn it back on. Go to the settings on the tablet and connect.
Device Not in Range
If you are unable to get a signal, move the device closer to the wifi router or bluetooth device.
A factory reset of the device may be needed. To reset the device, press and hold the power button and the volume up buttons. After the menu comes up, select the ‘recovery mode’ option. After the Android icon appears, press the power button, then volume up button and let them both go at the same time. After this another menu should appear. Using the volume up/down buttons, select the option ‘wipe data/factory reset’. On the next menu, select ‘yes’ to wipe all of the user data on the device. After the device is done, press the power button the restart the tablet.

I have a problem that isn’t listed. I try to turn on my devices and they don’t finish the loading screen no matter how much time they load for. I’ve been looking through forums and stuff to try and find the solution to this problem, but everything I tried didn’t work for me. If someone could please tell me what to do, that would be highly appreciated.
