Tablet Will Not Turn On
The tablet will not come on whenever you hold the power button
Hold Power Button
Start by making sure you are holding the power button down instead of just pressing it.
Reset Tablet
Try resetting the tablet by gently inserting a paperclip or any other small object into the reset hole located on the back of the tablet while simultaneously holding the power button for approximately 10 seconds.
Tablet Not Charged
If resetting the tablet does not work, try charging tablet. Leave the tablet charging overnight or until it is charged. Try to turn the device on again. In the future don't let the battery drain below 40%.
Display Issue
Check to see if the tablet is making any sound. If the table is making sound then it is turned on but has an issue with the screen display.
Faulty Motherboard
If none of these issues resolve the problem, the motherboard may be faulty and need to be replaced. To replace the motherboard look at our motherboard replacement guide.
Battery Will Not Charge
The tablet is plugged in but is not charging
Check Charger Connection
If the battery is not charging, the charger cable may not be securely connected to the tablet or to the electrical outlet. Disconnect the cable from the tablet and reconnect it and then unplug the charger from the electrical outlet and reconnect it.
Faulty Electrical Outlet
If the battery still won't charge when plugged in, try plugging it into another electrical outlet because the electrical outlet being used may be bad.
Faulty Charger
If none of the above suggestions solve the issues, check to make sure the charger is not faulty. If you have another charger try using it. If not you may need to replace the charger.
Faulty Battery
If the device still would not charge, then the battery is probably faulty. You will need to replace the battery in this case. If you are interested in fixing your device check out our
Tablet Will Not Connect To Wi-Fi
The tablet will not connect to wi-fi whenever the network and password is entered
Check Wi-Fi Connection
If your tablet will not connect to wi-fi, first go to settings and make sure the wi-fi is turned on. If it is turned on make sure you entered the correct network name and corresponding password.
Reset Tablet
If the wi-fi is turned on and you are correctly entering the network and password and the tablet will still not connect to wi-fi, try resetting the tablet. Gently insert a paper clip or any other small object into the reset hole located on the back of the table while simultaneously holding the power button for approximately 10 seconds.
Reset The Router
If you have access to the router, try disconnecting the router for 1 minute and then reconnecting it. Then try to connect to the wi-fi.
The Tablet Will Not Produce Any Sound
There is no sound coming from the tablet or through headphones connected to tablet
Check Volume Level
If the tablet is not producing any sound, start by turning the volume up by pressing the volume-up button on the side of the tablet.
Faulty Headphones
If using headphones, unplug the headphones and plug in another set of headphones. If the new set works, the problem was due to faulty headphones.
Faulty Headphone Jack
If multiple headphones fail to produce any sound, unplug the headphones and see if the tablet will produce any sound when headphones are not being used. If sound is produced, the headphone jack is probably faulty and should be replaced.
Faulty Speakers
If no sound can be produced by the tablet after trying the previous suggestions, the speaker in the tablet is faulty and should be replaced. To replace the speaker check out our speaker replacement guide.

Factory Reset
Warning: If you perform a factory reset, anything on your device that is not saved to google will be lost.
If you forgot the password to unlock your tablet, you must perform a factory reset by following these steps:
1) Power off the device.
2) Hold the power button and the volume button (up and down) simultaneously until the screen turns on.
3) The tablet will display Korean/Chinese writing.
4) Scroll down to the sixth option using the volume down button.
5) Press the power button to select the sixth option to start the factory reset process.
6) You will then be directed to the start up process as if you had just turned the tablet on for the first time. If you had your settings saved to a google account, your contacts and applications should start downloading.

Let go when Screen comes on and korean writing pops up. Volume down 5 times and press power again. Be factory reset when it comes back on

Apparently these tablets are literally the world's cheapest and worst functioning tablets, or best non-functioning, depending on how you want ti to look at it. Im on brand new tablet purchase from Best Buy #3, in 2 days and officially all 3 are faulty. Two 7" with keyboard cases and now an 8 inch DL8006 TO BOOT and ive got the receipts to prove. Pathetic. Im pretty sure my Best Buy will be removing all Digiland tablets from their store's she'll vs when they see me once again. Pathetic, you all should be ashamed of even ATTEMPTING TO SELL such hot messes of electronics. Anyone know who's supposed to regulate keeping an eye on the worst, should-never-be sold consumer goods to which i can complain and light a much needed fire under which to for we this company to greet with it or get lost? I have 2 of digiland 10.1 tablets. Got from different places. Throne that won't turn on seems to have 2 charges or something.
