De'Longhi EC155 Troubleshooting

Mine unit has a hissing / boiling sound then after I make the espresso and remove the handle, there seems to be air pressure being released. What could this be?

I bought a DeLonghi Espresso machine (Inissia) recently and today made a lovely coffee (it uses pods.)

I went to make a second cup but it would only give out water!

Yes, I had replaced the pod.

I cannot get it to make coffee - only water.

Anyone able to help please?

I turn my machine on the red power light stays on for a few seconds then turns its self off?

Same problem as many others, nothing will come out of my machine. There’s water and the resivior is in correctly. The machine noise start normally, then gets so low you can barely hear it. The machine is very new but I have attempted to descale anyway. I can’t do that now since it’s not even pulling up water into the unit. I just wish I hadn’t wasted my money on it.

If water is not coming out anymore - you have clogged machine, that was not cleaned. Read instructions how to do it, and next time clean before it clogs.

My delonghi bean-to-cup machine discards coffee beans without grinding them. It just throws away beans while grinding some. So 1 container of beans delivers you 3-4 cups of coffee and when it tells you to clean the coffee ground container it is full of whole beans…

What could be the problem?

I have a brand new coffee machine but no water will come out for the initial water run. I saw other posters with this issue but did not see a solution. Thoughts?

Froth led light is yellow

Water comes into the coffee but does not drain through & when I try to remove the coffee basket I have to wait until it has cooled, otherwise the basket cannot be released. Linda

My steamer/milk frothed makes a loud squealing noise when I turn it on and it doesn’t produce much froth at all (even with regular milk). I has done this since I first opened it only a few days ago so it shouldn’t be a cleaning issue.

On/off switch won't turn on infuser and container full light is on permanently.

I inadvertently forgot to turn off machine. Discovered that a few hours later. Now when I turn it on there is a long high beep, and nothing will work. Have I burned out the motor?

it is a lower end machine, ECO310

I think I figured it out. I was also not getting any water but then I put the portafilter in and water came out no problem! The problem is the diagram in the quick start guide doesn’t show the portafilter so I was following the picture. I tried it on whim (why not, nothing else is working) and out came water.

Mine has contineuos blinking (steamsign) orange color after power is on and the cup sign (single)and (double) after stopped with white color.

Hello, I have the following issue. After the pump replacement, the pump was noisy, because of no water, it was expected. Then by using the steamer I succeed to bring water into the heater. The steam is ok, but when the green indicator is on, by switching the valve to make coffee, the machine stops automatically. What could be the reason?

The light goes yellow not green but the machine still works

Just got My brand new machine . Can’t make espresso because the steamer spews hot water. Knob is pointed to the right of the on button (not the steamer selection on the left.)

I have had my coffee maker for three weeks, love it but there is a problem. The tank is fitted correctly but after a few hours of not being in use there is water all over my work top where it sits. I don't move the machine after use so why is this happening?

just unpacked my machine and no water is being taken from the tank, its is also making a very loud noise. Any help appreciated as cant return this because it was a birthday gift brought for me last year but due to covid only just recived it

My machine makes perfect coffee with the deeper filter but boils up and out with the shallower filter, what am I doing wrong?

I have a brand new out of box stilosa expresso maker and no water empties our of the tank into the machine reservoir. There is a plunger at the bottom of the plastic water pitcher and when you insert it into machine, there is nothing in the bottom of the chamber to push the plunger up! The water does not empty into reservoir, and without water in the unit, no coffee will brew. It is like there is a piece missing inside the bottom where the water tank goes!

My 1year old DeLonghi coffee machine type EN85.WAE leaks water underneath the machine. Can you advise why this may be so. Thank you
