Power is not running through the device.

Ensure the power adapter is plugged in to an outlet. If the device is not turning on, the adapter is faulty. Consider purchasing a replacement adapter.

The power adaptor might have two different power prongs’ size, it might not fit into the power outlet, therefore, purchase another power adaptor plug into the power outlet and uses that instead of the original power outlet.

Try a different outlet it’s possible that the outlet has a malfunctioning wire or somehow not receiving power.

You have trouble getting the fryer basket to fit in the fryer.

When the fryer basket doesn't fit, typically one of the sides doesn't fit flush. Simply push the the side sticking out so it snaps in flush with the rest of the device.

If the fryer basket isn't getting all the way in remove the basket and check to make sure there isn't something blocking it. Once you have made sure there is nothing in the way of the fryer basket try to put it back on again.

If you put the fryer basket in and it does not snap into place and it feels loose, it might be broken. Take the basket out and inspect the basket clips and fryer clips located on the sides and bottom of where the basket goes in and make sure they aren't broken. If any of them are broken do not use the air fryer and look for replacement parts online. Even if it looks like nothing is broken but the basket does not snap into place you maybe want to get it replaced or have it inspected.

The air fryer is ventilating smoke at the top.

This is a common occurrence within Air Fryers. When you’re frying food that contains a lot of moist, steam will come out of the Air Fryer. People tend to identify steam as white smoke. Most of the time nothing is wrong.

This means that your food contains high levels of fat. The fat then releases grease that burns on high temperature. To fix this issue, add water in the basket before frying the food. The excess fat will go into the water. This will be beneficial for both you and the Air Fryer because it will not only stop causing black smoke. It will also be easier to clean the basket after cooking.

This is a very rare but serious problem. This is electrical smoke. This can not only be dangerous for the Air Fryer but for the person also. Blue smoke releases extreme amounts of toxins and can be lethal to breath. Unplug the Air Fryer immediately. Do not use this device until it’s repaired. If this device is unrepairable, consider buying a new Air Fryer for your safety.

When the food is finished the timer doesn’t make a sound.

Sometimes people can make mistakes such as turning on the temperature knob instead. Check out the timer and make sure it’s running.

There are times when the timer can get stuck which would prevent the timer to not fully end its cycle. To fix this issue, you should open up the air fryer take out the timer. Make sure nothing is stuck on it. You may need to wipe off the area. When you’re finished cleaning the area of the timer, attach the timer back into its position.

If the timer fails to respond, try replacing it.

Trying to adjust the desirable temperature but no change in temperature as result.

Check to see if the button on the top is indense; sometime while exploring the machine, you might put too much into pressing down the knob. Pry the knob out, clean-up the surrounded area and put it back into place by pressing it lightly down. If this does not solve the problem, follow this guide to replace the temperature knob.

On a certain machine, the numbers are not clearly stated on the knob, and sometimes can be confused with the timer knob.

With a simple movement, the temperature knob slide sideway making it move into another temperature degree. You would have to just tape it down, and prevent adjustment movement.
