If there is no image on the screen from the camera, or the handheld device is not connecting to the camera, follow this troubleshooting guide for potential fixes.
The Monitor is Too Far From the Camera
The range of connection is 200-300 meters in an open area for this device. The monitor and camera may be too far apart from each other. Move your devices closer together to ensure proper connection.
Unstable Internet Connection
Obstructions such as doors and walls can affect the quality of the wireless connection. Also, strong devices such as microwaves, ovens, or wireless routers can disrupt the wireless connection. Avoid placing the device next to these strong devices, and try to avoid placing the monitor and camera in rooms that are too far apart from one another.
The Camera Is Not Plugged In
Unlike the monitor, the camera requires to be connected to power at all times. Make sure the camera is connected to the DC charger. If the charger is damaged, you can use the same charger used for the monitor, as both are DC chargers. Otherwise, if both chargers are damaged, they will need to be replaced.
Camera is Damaged
If you don't see any images, or the camera has a crack on the surface. You may have to replace the camera. Follow the steps in this replacement guide to remove the camera for replacement.
