Slow Performance
The device is very late to respond to touch screen commands and runs slowly in general
Too Many Applications Running
The more apps that are open in the phone, the slower the phone will run. Many phones nowadays employ multitasking, which is a function that allows multiple applications to be open at once. Having too many apps open, however can use up a phones RAM (Random Access Memory). Closing some apps may free up RAM and make the phone run faster.
RAM Limit Reached
Certain applications , like "Clean RAM Memory" and "Battery Doctor Pro", allow you to clean up your RAM in a matter of seconds. These applications can be download from the Goggle Play store.
No Hard Drive Space
The performance of the phone can be affected by the amount of storage that the phone has. Moving applications from the phone storage to the SD card can free up space and make the phone run faster. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to your device settings
- Click on "Application Manager"
- Select the app you wish to move to the SD Card
- Under the "Storage" tab, select "Move to SD Card
