Blender will not turn on
No matter what you do, you can't get your blender to turn on.
The blender is not plugged in.
Check to make sure the power cord is connected to a power outlet.
Power cord has faulty connections.

Blender leaks
The contents of the glass jar come out.
The lid is not properly attached to the jar.
Unplug the device. Make sure the top lid fits snugly on the top of the jar. This should prevent contents of the jar from coming out the top.
The blades at the bottom of the jar are not properly screwed in.
Unplug the device and remove the contents of the jar. Unscrew the bottom portion of the jar containing the blades. Make sure nothing is blocking interfering with the threads. Re-screw the bottom portion on, making sure the seal is tight. This will prevent contents from leaking out.
There are cracks in the jar or lid.
Inspect the jar body and lid for cracks or holes. If one of these problems is found, a replacement part must be ordered.
Blades will not turn
The device is on, but the blades do not begin to rotate.
Jar is not properly seated on the base.
Unplug the power cord and remove the jar from the base. Check to make sure that there is not any food or other obstructions on the connecting gear. Place the jar back so that the connecting gear on the base matches with the gear on the jar bottom. Make sure bottom connecting piece sits level on the base.
Food is jammed between the blades.
Unplug the power cord and physically remove the obstruction from the blades using a screwdriver if necessary. Once finished, manually turn blades to ensure they will now turn. Use care as to not cut yourself on the blades.
The motor is burnt out.
The motor is not replaceable. A new blender must be purchased.
Blades do not cut/blend efficiently
The blender blades will not cut certain items or take a long time to blend certain items.
Food is jammed between the blades.
Unplug the power cord and physically remove the obstruction from the blades. Use care as to not cut yourself on the blades.
The blender blades are not sharp anymore.

Blender buttons do not work
The buttons on the blender do not respond.
The connection between the buttons and the circuit board is not complete.

Blender stops suddenly during use
As you are using the blender, the blades stop turning all of a sudden.
Blender becomes unplugged during use.
Blender may have been unplugged during use. Check to make sure it is still connected to a power outlet.
