My machine sounds like it’s suctioning up the fluid but it is not. What do I do?

Thank you! I was able to clean out my machine and get the suction working again. Hardest part was re-seating the gasket.

The button could be pushed in but the lights don't come on the Bristol still button can be pushed in but the lights don't come on the Bristol still don't work

Bristles do not work the button push the steering but don't light up show me tell me what's wrong

My machine isn’t very old and is leaking out the bottem. I did everything in the video and in the instructions to correct it. Nothing works. Very discouraging!

My brush/bristles to my spotbot aren’t spinning. What can it be. I need to fix it. I don’t want to buy a whole new one.

My spot bot worked great until recently…and now the middle part is smoking… what do I do?

My spot bot seems to be working but when the carpet dries it has a large dark spot the same size as the cleaning brushes.

My machine won’t spray the cleaner. I did what it said to do to unclog it and now it’s just spitting a little cleaner when it’s up on the sink but when I put it down to actually clean the carpet it won’t spray anything. I took the fluid tank off and the plastic is really hot to the touch. I’m extremely frustrated. If I have to buy another cleaner it won’t be a bissell.

The cleaning solution can dry and clog the nozzle and the hose head. Remove the head and soak both it and the end of the hose in hot water agitating regularly. You may find that you can directly massage the dried soap away. I replaced the hose on mine. I DO NOT recommend it for anyone who isn’t VERY mechanical. From now on, be sure to empty the soap and run clean water through the system before storing.

I checked the area I cleaned with a blacklight. Now it illuminates a large stain the same size as the spotbot cleaning brush. What am I doing wrong?

Not sucking up water and black oil leaked from the bottom. Do I need a new pump?

Soon as I go to turn on my Bissell spot cleaner on it trips my fuse box, had it running in all the rooms before with no issues so it’s not a outlet issue

When I use the hose function dirty water leaks out of the bottom and does not go into the tank. It is only when I use the hose. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

the machine works but when its calling for water and cleaning it leaks out of the back side where the air vents are

The hose part works but the automatic part of the machine doesn't, is there anything I can do to fix it?

The lights come on after I plug it in, when I hit an automatic start function it will run for a couple seconds then it beeps, all the lights flash and it stops. Thoughts?

My Solution tank was clogged and following the directions to pump the trigger cleared it!

When using the vacuum hose, the unit shuts off Everytime I try to use it. I have to press the button multiple times just to get a little bit to work..

My Spotbot will turn on but I immediately hear a pop, like something has closed off, and there is no suction. I’ve checked everything I can find and there is nothing blocking any part.

3X tried to deep clean. No fluid going to collection vessel. removed clear plastic things as suggested cleaned all gasket good-no suction. Unit is two weeks old, I’ve used this only 1 time before!!! Can I get a replacement?

My Spot Bot is now working. In a previous post I wrote that it stopped working soon after it started cleaning. After reading a post that said that a person was able to use in manual mode but not in automatic mode. I tested this and my SpotBot did work properly in manual mode as well. After several cleanings in manual mode, I tried it once again in automatic mode and lo and behold it worked! It seems to be fine. Maybe something was somehow reset?

Clean tank is not leaking when holding it out of the machine. However, when inserted into the machine, it will empty in just a few short minutes.

There are a lot of people with the same situations. Do we have to pay for repair of a faulty unit?

Clean water tank emptied after one cycle but very little dirty was recovered. Manual hose works to recover. Why whole Clean used bur nor sucked back.

My Bissell pet stain remover is cracked on the bottom. It is not used roughly and I have a 10 lb dog so it is not used that much. It is too expensive to replace. What can be used on the crack to fix it?

Machine turns on and hand tool works fine but the deep clean and quick clean buttons are not turning on.

I have the spotbot pet cleaner, now when I turn on it automatically just starts leaking from the bottom. I have checked for leaks or cracks and nothing everything looks good. Idk what to do please help.

I have a brand new unit, brought some time back just never used. Got it out this morning, turns on, no liquid will come out the hose and when I change the settings the brush does not come on??

My machine is using too much fluid at one time and making my Carpet soaking wet

Shaking the tank and pumping the handle for two minutes got mine running again!!! Thank you.
