Vacuum Won't Turn On
The device won't turn on when the power button is depressed.
Battery is Fully Depleted
****IMPORTANT* ALWAYS TURN UNIT OFF PRIOR TO CHARGING. First insert the charging adapter plug into the charging port on the back of the device. Plug the adapter into the wall outlet. The power LED lights will illuminate when charging. Charge the unit completely for 5 hours prior to first use. NOTE: The charge light will turn RED during charging and turn OFF once it is fully charged. The adaptor may become warm during charging-this is normal.***
Vacuum Cleaner Has Low Suction
The device does not have sufficient suction.
Dirt container is Full
In order to empty the dirt container, first power off the unit. Then push the release button holding the hand vacuum vertically to release the dirt cup. Next, grasp filter tabs and pull vertically to remove filter cup. Now empty dirt waste. Place filter back into the dirt cup and attach dirt cup to the hand vacuum. You'll know it is secured when it snaps into place. NOTE: The dirt cup should be emptied before debris reaches the FULL line on the cup.
Dirt Container is not Installed Properly
Position container correctly and snap firmly into place.
Filter needs Cleaning
Turn the power OFF. Remove the filter as directed in removing filter guide. Tap the filter firmly against the inside of a waste container to remove any visible dirt. NOTE: After heavy usage, you may clean the filter and filter cup by washing it gently by hand in warm water and mild dish detergent. Rinse thoroughly ad make certain it is completely dry before replacing the filter.
Filter needs Replacing

Battery needs Charging

Visible Dirt Escaping From Vacuum
Debris can be seen escaping from the vacuum while in use.
Dirt Container is full of debris
Empty the dirt container see troubleshooting step Dirt Container is Full.
Filter is Missing or Installed Incorrectly
Check the filter in the device for proper installation. Remove the filter and reinstall correctly. Make sure all components fit together tight.
Hand Vacuum Won't Charge
The vacuum does not charge while connected properly to a wall outlet.
Vacuum is in the ON position
Set the hand vacuum in the OFF position to allow the batteries to charge fully.
Not the Correct Charger
Use only the charger that came with the device to charge the batteries.
Vacuum Won’t Hold A Significant Charge
The vacuum does not run as long as it used to.
Battery Needs Charging
See troubleshooting step Battery is Fully Depleted.
Battery Replacement
Charging the device longer than the recommended time damages the component. The recommended charging time is 5 hours.

Charged my unit fully. Went to use and turned off after about 30 seconds and continues to do so. Light will turn red.
