Charging Source is Faulty
The problem may not even be with the Anker Soundcore itself, instead being a problem with the charging cord. Try changing out the power cord as well as into a different power outlet to see if the device returns back to proper functionality. If the cord cannot charge your other device, its most likely faulty and a new one should be purchased or to contact the manufacturer for potential replacement.
Battery is Faulty
Plug your Anker Soundcore in using a charge you know works properly, if the device does not turn on within 30 minutes, this is a sign that the battery is in fact faulty and needs to be replaced.
Board is Faulty
In some cases where the device simply does not power on and you verified that the power cord is correctly working, through the process of elimination the faulty parts can be narrowed down to the electronic chip itself. If the Anker Soundcore does not turn on after the previous steps, it's likely due to this board that connects all components to the device. You may need to replace the motherboard.

Charging Setup is Malfunctioning
If you are experiencing Charging issues it may be due to an improper charging setup. Refer to your user manual for the correct Voltage and Amperage to charge your device but you may find using a different charging cable, or power adapter will charge your device. You could always try to contact the manufacturer for a replacement cable and power adapter as well.
Cannot reset device
When the Anker Soundcore Space Q45is having connection issues, sound issues, setting issues, etc.
Factory Reset Required
A factory reset can help with the overall software built in on the device, any settings previously made and data will not be saved. This will revert the device back into its original orientation out of the box. This is useful if you forget how to disable noise canceling or have other issues with the device that do not require a physical repair on the unit.
Force Restart Required
A force restart on the device is also an important way to troubleshoot this unit. Force restarting allows all the allocated memory in the unit to get dumped. This is a great way to check if the issue still occurs after this force restart.

To solve this issue reset your device’s connection memory and then connect it to your device again. To reset your headphones, press the "Volume+" button and "Volume-" button simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds. The battery light will flash 5 times meaning your headphones have been reset. Now, using the device you wish to connect your headphones to, go to your Bluetooth settings and select “Pair New Device” while your headphones are on.
