Charging Cable Faulty
Inspect the charging cable and power source for connectivity and ensure there is no damage to the hardware. Ensure that the proper charging accessories are used and there are no obstructions to the wires. (I.E. Any short in the charging cord being used.)
Charging Port Damaged
Ensure there is no damage or obstructions to the charging port on the speaker itself such as notable blockages, detached charging slot, or loose charging slot. Replace the charging port with a compatible replacement if necessary.
Speaker and Paired Device Need Reset
If the speaker will not charge and the user can try a forced restart of both the paired device and speaker. Consult the paired device’s user manual for restart instructions; hold the speaker power button down for 5 seconds, wait one minute, and then try powering on again while connected to a charging source to see if the issue resolves.
