Is your Anker Soundcore Motion 300 audio cutting in and out, or some volumes are too low compared to the desired volume? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Volume Is Too High
The Soundcore 300 is not designed to be pushed to its limits, especially at maximum volume. The DSP will try to prevent distortion which sounds like a rattling like sound. Try lowering down the volume and reset the speaker by turning it off and back on in order for the DSP to reset.
Bluetooth Interference
If your device and the speaker have a physical object, wall or other device in between them it could cause a week Bluetooth signal between them, causing audio issues like distortion or static noise. Make sure to stay within the Bluetooth range of around 60 ft and maintain the device connected to the speaker as close as possible to maintain a stable Bluetooth connection.
Speaker Defect
A torn speaker of a speaker defect can prevent the speaker from producing audio properly. The speaker is designed to convert audio signals into audible sound waves, allowing for music, audio, or other sounds to be played from a portable device. Replace the speakers with the compatible accessories if necessary.
