Is there a fix to these speaker boxes when the power stays on but wont connect to bluetooth? With the battery plugged in, the Blue LED light comes on. Power button does NOT turn the unit off, thinking its faulty. Seems to be a lot of this happening with these units. How can I get a replacement when this was a b-day gift from the wife? Purchased in August and its already dead.

Same issue on the Sonic Boom. Blue tooth and power button lights remain on even if the on/off switch is off. Won't connect to Bluetooth, or play on aux.. factory reset doesn't work either.. Just frozen

I've now had two of these darn life jackets go bad, a 3 and a 4!!!! The 3 appears to be on and the volume shows it on the phone's turning up and down… but no sound. The 4 will not turn on at all.
What a waste of a few hundred dollars!!! And I haven't gotten answers from Altec on any sort of compensation!!!
