Is your Asus ROG Spatha X powering on but will not connect wirelessly to the dock? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Mouse Not Receiving Power
Ensure that the Spatha and the receiver are powered on and have been charged enough to function wirelessly.
Battery Needs to be Reset
Refer to this guide for replacing the battery in the mouse, but instead of fully replacing the battery, just quickly disconnect and reconnect the battery
Software Error
Ensure the Armoury Crate software is up to date, the latest version is installed and there are no pending updates
Mode Switch Needed
Ensure that the Spatha is actually in wireless mode, not wired mode, by checking that the switch on the bottom of the mouse is set to wireless mode
Mouse Needs Reset
In some cases, a firmware reset may be required. To perform this, first plug in the mouse while in wired mode. Next, Unplug the mouse, then hold down left click + scroll wheel + right click. Reseat the cable while holding these buttons down. After about 20-30 seconds, you should see a popup to reset the firmware. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update
Dock and Receiver
Ensure that the dock's USB cable is in good condition, is plugged into a free 2.0 USB port (not a 3.0) on your computer, and that it is placed relatively close to the mouse. Make sure to try the cable onto a different port on your computer if it is still not functioning properly
Faulty USB Cable
Check the USB cable connecting the dock to your computer for signs of damage or fraying. If none of the other above fixes have worked, try using a different USB-C cable
Faulty Battery
If all else fails, refer to this guide to replace the battery for the mouse.
