AcuRite 02032 Repair

The multi-purpose Acurite 02032 (aka the 02032 Iris® (5-in-1) Weather Station with PC Connect) weather station was manufactured in 2014. It used unique Acu-Link technology to enable users to monitor weather conditions in their own backyard with a PC or mobile device.

The device has a 330-foot range sensor. The data reporting includes 18-second updates for wind speed, wind direction, and 36-second updates for temperature and humidity. The device requires 4 AA alkaline or lithium batteries, with lithium batteries recommended for temperatures below -4°F/-20ºC. It can track information such as temperature, humidity, wind, rainfall, and weather forecasts. The Acu-Rite weather station sensors transmit data to the Acu-Link internet bridge displayed on the LCD screen that comes with the device.

The AcuRite 02032 weighs 3 lb and measures 8.2 × 7.4 × 1.3 inches. It has a light gray upper section and a darker gray base. The AcuRite logo is printed along the side of the upper section. A detachable wind direction vane is mounted on the bottom of the device, and a wind speed anemometer is mounted on the top.

The model name and number are printed on a label on the back of the included display unit.
