Before you try to remove the logic board, find the ribbon cable connections and pry them loose.

There are 4 ribbon cables that you must free before continuing. Three that connect to the logic board and also the power button.

Just so you know, it is easier to free the volume button ribbon cable in the next step. You will see why.
