Petzl Headlight button repair

The rubber covering the On?Off button was destroyed after years. The PCB was revealed making the circuit vulnerable to dust and moisture and the button difficult to locate.

I cut a transparency slide oval part to avoid the glue going all over and create a spring like behavior and also designed and 3D printed a small pin to push the button. Then i covered the assembly with mouldable glue (like sugru) to reform the rubber cover. All went well and the button is working fine
