Great, the 4s does require you to dismantle the entire phone to get the screen loose. Pretty tedious at some parts but not bad overall. Everything went well but when it was all said and done the power/screen lock button did not work at all upon reassembly. I don't think I stretched any cables or connections but the phone had been used for almost a month with a very shattered screen. The inside was full of glass and I wonder if a tiny shard got lodged in the button or a connection somewhere. I may take it apart and install a new button and cable but for now the owner is using it as is and very pleased with her new screen.

Fix the screen before all the glass ends up inside. Picking out shards with a tweezers can make any repair frustrating.
