  • Apply a suction cup to the display, near the middle of the left edge.

  • Pull the suction cup with firm, constant pressure to create a slight gap between the display panel and the rear case.

  • If the screen is cracked, the suction cup may not stick. In that case, try lifting with strong tape, or superglue the suction cup in place and allow it to cure so you can proceed.

  • If the display doesn't separate even with significant force, apply more heat to further soften the adhesive and try again. The adhesive cools quickly, so you may need to heat it repeatedly.

Druk een zuignap op het scherm, zo dicht mogelijk bij het midden van de linkerzijde.

Trek de zuignap met een stevige en constante kracht omhoog om zo een kleine opening tussen het schermpaneel en de achterste behuizing te creëren.

Als je scherm gebarsten is, zal de zuignap zich niet goed vast kunnen zuigen. Beplak je scherm in dat geval met een stuk sterke tape of lijm je zuignap vast met secondelijm en probeer het vervolgens nog eens.

Als je scherm ondanks de kracht die je uitoefent niet los komt, zul je meer warmte moeten gebruiken om de lijm verder te verzwakken. Vervolgens kun je het nog eens proberen. De lijm kan echter erg snel afkoelen, dus het kan nodig zijn dat je deze stap meerdere keren herhaalt.
