Remove Fan Assembly

  • Remove the indicated screws. See first photo.

  • Remove the sheet metal straps holding the copper heat pipes to the chips. See second photo.

  • Remove the copper heat pipe to the upper chip.

  • Flip the fan over, exposing the socketed CPU chip. See third photo.

Retirer le système de refroidissement

Retirez les vis indiquées. Voir la première image.

Retirez les bandes métalliques qui maintiennent le dissipateur en cuivre sur les puces. Voir la seconde image.

Retirez le dissipateur en cuivre du dessus de la puce.

Retournez le ventilateur, afin d’accéder au socket du processeur. Voir la troisième image.
