  • The battery is secured with three pieces of adhesive, a removable pull-tab in the center, and on the SIM tray side. A third piece of adhesive on the button side has no pull-tab.

  • Pull the adhesive tabs in a slow constant movement to free the battery.

  • Should those adhesive tabs snap, you might want to use an iOpener to heat and soften them a little bit so you can pry out the battery with a spudger.

  • There are two cables running directly underneath the battery. Take care not to damage them when prying with a spudger! You can see their position in the last picture.

  • Slowly lift the battery toward the button side and free it from the remaining hidden piece of adhesive.

  • When reassembling your phone, replace old adhesive with stretch release adhesive strips, double-sided tape, or pre-cut adhesive strips.

La batterie est fixée à l'aide de trois morceaux d'adhésif : Une languette amovible au centre et du côté du plateau de la carte SIM. Un troisième morceau d'adhésif sur le côté du bouton n'a pas de languette de traction.

Si les languettes adhésives se déchirent, utilisez un iOpener pour chauffer et ramollir l'adhésif, ensuite vous pouvez enlever la batterie à l'aide d'une spatule (spudger).

Il y a deux nappes situées directement en dessous de la batterie. Veillez à ne pas les endommager lorsque vous travaillez avec la spatule (spudger) ! Vous pouvez voir leur position sur la dernière image.

Soulevez lentement la batterie vers le côté des boutons et détachez-la du morceau d'adhésif caché restant.

Lors du remontage de votre téléphone, remplacez l'ancien adhésif par une bande adhésive double-face ou par un adhésif prédécoupé.
