Remove black brush and belt housing

  • At this point I did not find any more fasteners to remove and sort of jockeyed the black brush and belt housing around by pulling it outward from one side.

  • I noticed that there was a "keyed" fit between the housing and the frame. By rotating the housing and holding the frame steady I was able to carefully but firmly free one side of the housing and pull it away from the frame. Once one side was removed, the other side could be easily taken out and the whole housing removed.

  • Unfortunately, I don't have a good photo of this process.

Retirez la brosse noire et le boîtier de la courroie

À ce stade, je n'ai plus trouvé d'attaches à retirer et j'ai en quelque sorte déplacé la brosse noire et le boîtier de la courroie en les tirant vers l'extérieur d'un côté.

J'ai remarqué qu'il y avait un ajustement "clé" entre le boîtier et le cadre. En faisant tourner le boîtier et en maintenant le cadre stable, j'ai pu libérer soigneusement mais fermement un côté du boîtier et l'éloigner du cadre. Une fois qu'un côté a été retiré, l'autre côté peut être facilement retiré et l'ensemble du boîtier retiré.

Malheureusement, je n'ai pas de bonne photo de ce processus.
