Fitting the Retaining Screw

  • Insert and tighten the retaining screw if applicable (not all chucks are counterbored to accept a retaining screw).

  • Counter-clockwise of course!

  • If the screw is damaged, use a fresh one to spare yourself some aggravation down the road.

  • It doesn't hurt to also treat these threads to a dab of threadlocker.

Colocación del tornillo de retención

Inserta y aprieta el tornillo de retención si corresponde (no todos los mandriles están escariados para aceptar un tornillo de retención).

¡En el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj, por supuesto!

Si el tornillo está dañado, usa uno nuevo para evitar molestias en el futuro.

No está de más tratar también estos hilos con un poco de fijador de hilos.
