Changing the Oil Filter

  • From the underside of the car, locate the oil filter. It will be installed on the engine block just above the driver side axle shaft.

  • Keep the oil drain pan nearby as you reach up to get a grip on the oil filter. Loosen it slowly and carefully, trying to avoid spilling oil.

  • Remove the filter and keep it open side up to prevent spilling oil on yourself.

Remplacement du filtre à huile

Repérez le filtre à huile depuis le dessous de la voiture. Il est installé sur le bloc-moteur juste au-dessus de l'axe de l'essieu côté conducteur.

Gardez le bac de vidange d'huile à proximité lorsque vous saisissez le filtre à huile. Desserrez-le lentement et prudemment pour éviter que l'huile ne se déverse.

Retirez le filtre et gardez la partie ouverte vers le haut afin d'éviter de renverser de l'huile sur vous.
