  • Pulling at some familiar black tabs we are elated to find adhesive pull tabs under the P9's battery.

  • We can't praise these tabs enough. They are an easy-to-use and inexpensive way to secure the battery in a reversible manner.

  • And a good thing, too—with those two orange interconnect cables under the battery, prying through thick adhesive easily could have been dangerous for Mr. P9's health.

  • Huawei lists a couple specs for their battery: A "rated capacity" of 11.08 Wh and a "typical capacity" a bit higher at 11.46 Wh.

  • That puts the P9 battery ahead of the iPhone 6s Plus's 10.45 Wh and just under the Samsung Galaxy S7's 11.55 Wh battery.

En tirant sur des languettes noires que nous connaissons bien, nous sommes ravis de trouver des languettes adhésives sous la batterie du P9.

Nous ne pouvons pas assez faire l'éloge de ces languettes. Elles permettent de fixer la batterie de manière réversible tout en étant simples d'utilisation et bon marché.

Et autre point positif : avec ces deux câbles d'interconnexion oranges situés sous la batterie, l'utilisation d'un outil pour venir à bout d'une couche de colle aurait pu endommager la vie de Monsieur P9.

Huawei énumère quelques propriétés de leur batterie : une "capacité nominale" de 11,08 Wh et une "capacité moyenne" un peu plus élevée de 11,46 Wh.

Avec ceci, la batterie du P9 se place devant celle de l'iPhone 6s Plus avec 10,45 Wh et juste derrière celle du Samsung Galaxy S7 avec 11,55 Wh.
