Remove the zero insert force connector that's on the back side of the motherboard using a small blue plastic opening tool to lift up the black tab. Then pull the motherboard out of the phone.
Pull the motherboard vertically to pull the motherboard from the phone. It should still be attached by a wire on the left side.
