Cleaning the print head park slot

  • The printer has an automatic feature to clean the print head. Usually, there is a lot of ink (Probably melt with dust) in the area where the print head is cleaned

  • Remove 4 of the 5 torx screws as shown in the picture. As given in a user comment, the top right one serves to join the two pieces of this part.

  • Assuming the print head is now removed (Not shown on the picture), now gently tip the plastic plate and remove it

  • If you didn't put gloves yet, it is time to do it !

  • Now, push the carriage that holds the print head cleaning system (Red arrows)

  • The carriage that holds the print head cleaning system is now clean (Last picture)

Limpieza del receptáculo de estacionamiento del cabezal de impresión

La impresora tiene una función automática para limpiar el cabezal de impresión. Por lo general, hay mucha tinta (probablemente derretida con polvo) en el área donde se limpia el cabezal de impresión.

Retira 4 de los 5 tornillos torx como se muestra en la imagen. Como se da en un comentario de un usuario, el de arriba a la derecha sirve para unir las dos piezas de esta parte.

Suponiendo que el cabezal de impresión se haya retirado (no se muestra en la imagen), ahora inclina suavemente la placa de plástico y retírela.

Si aún no te pusiste guantes, ¡es hora de hacerlo!

Ahora, empuja el carro que sostiene el sistema de limpieza del cabezal de impresión (flechas rojas).
