Swap Motor Contacts

  • Check motor operation by pulling connector and applying 9V with an external power source (battery or bench supply) to the plug.

  • If the motor turns with reversed polarity then proceed by swapping black and red contacts leading to the motor. With a little flathead screwdriver press the contact spring, pull out the cable.

  • If the motor only turns by applying external power and a little twist or not at all, only solution is to replace the motor. Mabuchi RF-500TB-12560 is readily available on the internet.

Intercambiar los contactos del motor

Verifica el funcionamiento del motor tirando del conector y aplicando 9V con una fuente de alimentación externa (batería o fuente alimentación de taller) al enchufe.

Si el motor gira con la polaridad invertida, intercambia los contactos negro y rojo que conducen al motor. Con un pequeño destornillador de cabeza plana, presiona el resorte de contacto, saca el cable.

Si el motor solo gira aplicando alimentación externa o solo un poco de giro o no gira, la única solución es reemplazar el motor. Mabuchi RF-500TB-12560 está disponible en Internet.
