  • Solder the wires together.

  • Put a little bit of solder on the tip of the iron.

  • Hold the iron to the wire, and add the solder to the joint. When the wire gets hot enough, the solder will melt and suck itself into the wire.

  • Add enough solder and move the iron around enough to make the entire joint silver colored.

  • Once the wire is cool to the touch slide the heat shrink so it covers the joint.

  • If you try to slide the heat shrink over the joint too quickly then the heat from soldering can cause the heat shrink to shrink down, making it difficult to slide it all the way over the joint.

Pon un poco de estaño en el extremo del soldador.

Sostén el soldador en el cable y añade el estaño en la unión. Cuando el cable esté suficientemente caliente, el estaño se fundirá e introducirá en el cable.

Añade suficiente estaño y mueve el soldador lo suficiente como para que toda la unión quede estañada.

Una vez que el cable se enfríe al tacto, desliza el tubo termorretráctil rápidamente cubriendo toda la unión (no debe quedar cobre a la vista).

Si intentas deslizar el termorretráctil sobre la unión antes de que enfríe, se retraerá impidiendo que puedas colocarlo, dejando descubierta la unión.
