  • We've said it before and we'll say it again: Apple is all about the little things. The color of the Pentalobe screws at the bottom of the case match the color of the case. Oh, Apple.

  • It seems the iPhone display assembly has toughened up a bit since we last met. It now features four adhesive strips lining the perimeter of the phone.

  • Still, this strong adhesive is no match for our handy-dandy iSclack.

  • Talk about the little things—it seems even the adhesive strip is color-matched to the display: white for white, and black for black.

  • iPhone displays of yore weren't exactly in danger of falling out of the phone, so why the need for adhesive—or could this be a waterproof gasket?

Nous l'avons dit avant et nous allons le répéter : Apple, c'est tous ces petits détails. La couleur des vis Pentalobe au fond de l'iPhone correspondent à la couleur du boîtier. Pas de commentaire.

On dirait que l'écran s'est un peu renforcé depuis notre dernière rencontre. Le périmètre intérieur est désormais muni de quatre minces bandes adhésives.

Peu importe, cet adhésif ne fait pas le poids contre notre iSclack pratique.

Pour en revenir aux petits détails - on dirait que même les bandes adhésives sont assorties à la couleur de l'écran : blanc pour blanc et noir pour noir.

On ne peut pas vraiment dire que les anciens écrans d'iPhone courraient le danger de tomber de leur cadre. Pourquoi alors utiliser autant d'adhésif ? Est-ce peut-être un joint étanche ?
