To remove the fan blade, reach behind it and slowly pull it towards you.
If the fan blade axle has any hair or dirt, then clean it with a cloth to avoid further fan blade blockage.
If you are having difficulty removing the fan blade, then generously apply WD-40 to the fan blade axle.
