  • All the parts disassembled. The adapter cable will probably come out as it doesn't seem to be attached directly, but removing it would have required bending the metal enclosure and I didn't want to mess with that.

  • I thought it interesting to note that the drive runs at 5V 0.62A when the enclosure states 5V 1A. I wonder where the other 380mA are going.

  • Also interesting to note: this is a Seagate drive, while the 250GB drive upgrade I mention in the description requires a WD drive. If I understood correctly, this is because the software to format the drive to be recognized by your 360 is written for the WD firmware.

Todas las piezas desmontadas. El cable adaptador probablemente se saldrá porque no parece estar conectado directamente, pero para quitarlo habría sido necesario doblar la carcasa metálica y no quería meterme con eso.

Me pareció interesante notar que la unidad funciona a 5 V 0,62 A cuando el gabinete indica 5 V 1 A. Me pregunto a dónde van los otros 380 mA.

También es interesante tener en cuenta que esta es una unidad Seagate, mientras que la actualización de la unidad de 250 GB que menciono en la descripción requiere una unidad WD. Si entendí correctamente, esto se debe a que el software para formatear la unidad para que tu 360 lo reconozca está escrito para el firmware de WD.
