  • Before you start following any of the steps of this guide, completely turn the device off.

  • Take the plastic back cover off by either using a plastic Pry tool or simply using your hands. Start from the bottom by the charging port

  • Remove any installed SIM card and memory microSD cards.

  • Push the SIM card into the phone, and the spring eject mechanism should release the card.

  • The microSD memory card(s) may not have an eject mechanism. If so, they must be removed carefully by pushing on the raised edge/bump that is built onto the card. Use your fingernail or a plastic or rubber tool, but not one that will scratch and damage the delicate card.

  • Patience must be taken to prevent irreversible damage and loss of data on the card.

Avant de commencer à suivre l'une des étapes de ce guide, éteignez complètement l'appareil.

Retirez le couvercle arrière en plastique en utilisant un outil de levier en plastique ou simplement en utilisant vos mains. Commencez par le bas par le port de charge

Retirez toute carte SIM et carte mémoire microSD installées.

Poussez la carte SIM dans le téléphone et le mécanisme d'éjection à ressort devrait libérer la carte.

La ou les cartes mémoire microSD peuvent ne pas avoir de mécanisme d'éjection. Si c'est le cas, ils doivent être retirés avec précaution en appuyant sur le bord surélevé/bosse intégré à la carte. Utilisez votre ongle ou un outil en plastique ou en caoutchouc, mais pas un outil qui rayera et endommagera la carte délicate.

Il faut faire preuve de patience pour éviter des dommages irréversibles et la perte de données sur la carte.
