  • Use the tip of a spudger or your fingernail to flip up the home button ribbon cable retaining flap.

  • Be sure you are prying up on the retaining flap, not the socket itself. The retaining flap is the small flap on the charging port side of the cable retainer. It should flip up 90º.

  • Use a pair of tweezers to gently pull the home button ribbon cable out of its socket. Note its position for reinsertion.

  • Do not excessively strain the home button ribbon cable as you remove it, as it is very thin and fragile.

Utilisez la pointe d'une spatule (spudger) ou votre ongle pour déplier le rabat retenant la nappe du bouton home vers le haut.

Assurez-vous de faire levier sur le rabat et non pas sur la prise elle-même. Le rabat se situe du côté du port de charge du porte-câble. Le rabat doit se déplier de 90°.

A l'aide de pincettes, retirez délicatement la nappe du bouton home de sa prise. Prenez note de sa position pour le remontage.

Ne forcez pas trop sur la nappe du bouton home lorsque vous l'enlevez, elle est très fine et fragile.
