  • Slowly lift and remove the heat sink from the logic board.

  • When reassembling your iMac, follow our thermal paste application guide to reapply the thermal paste.

  • During reassembly of the logic board, pay attention to the position of the I/O connectors. When the board is back in the case, insert a USB or Thunderbolt cable into one of the connectors to align it perfectly.

Til het koellichaam langzaam van het moederbord af en verwijder het uit de iMac.

Raadpleeg bij het weer in elkaar zetten van je toestel deze handleiding om te zien hoe je de koelpasta vervangt.

Let bij het terugplaatsen van het moederbord ook goed op de positie van de I/O-poorten. Sluit als het moederbord in de iMac zit een USB- of Thunderbolt-kabel aan om zeker te weten dat de poorten en het bord op de juiste plek komen te zitten.
