  • Slowly lift and remove the heat sink from the logic board.

  • When reassembling your iMac, follow our thermal paste application guide to reapply the thermal paste.

  • During reassembly of the logic board, pay attention to the position of the I/O connectors. When the board is back in the case, insert a USB or Thunderbolt cable into one of the connectors to align it perfectly.

Soulevez lentement le dissipateur thermique et retirez-le de la carte mère.

Lors du remontage de votre iMac, suivez notre tutoriel de pose de pâte thermique pour appliquer une nouvelle couche de pâte thermique.

Lors du remontage de la carte mère, faites attention à la position des ports E/S. Lorsque la carte est de nouveau dans le boîtier, insérez un câble USB ou Thunderbolt dans l'un des ports pour l'aligner parfaitement.
