  • Use an appropriate tool to clean up any corrosion from the face of the thermostat cover and the housing (still attached to the engine) to help it seal better.

  • Install your new thermostat and the included gasket. The gasket should slip over the edge of the thermostat before it is installed.

  • Now refill and bleed your cooling system as [crwdns2936915:0crwdne2936915:0].

Entferne mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug den Rost von der Oberfläche des Thermostatdeckels und dem Gehäuse ( immer noch am Motor angebaut), so dass es besser abdichtet.

Baue den neuen Thermostat und die Dichtung ein. Die Dichtung muss über die Kante des Thermostaten rutschen, bevor er eingesetzt wird.

Befüllen nun das Kühlsystem wieder und entlüfte es, so wie hier gezeigt.
