Remove/Service the Gearbox - Part 1/3

  • If you just need to remove the large gear, here's the time to do it. You can lift it off with a pair of pliers underneath. Note that this is attached to a plastic gear inside the gearbox and this is the usual failure point if your low speed attachment is not working but your mixer runs.

  • Next, undo the screws holding the gearbox onto the mixer body. There is one on either side of the mixer (only one shown). If your motor is dead, you may not need to do this.

Getriebe ausbauen/warten

Wenn du nur das große Zahnrad austauschen musst: hier ist die Gelegenheit. Mit einer Zange kannst du es hochheben. Beachte aber, dass dieses Zahnrad auf einem Kunstoffantrieb im Inneren des Getriebes befestigt ist, und das ist meistens die Fehlerquelle, wenn der Anschluus mit niedrigen Drehzahlen nicht mehr richtig arbeitet.

Drehe nun die Schrauben heraus, mit denen das Getriebe am Gehäuse befestigt ist. Im Bild ist eine gezeigt, auf der anderen Seite ist noch eine. Wenn der Motor defekt ist, ist es vielleicht nicht unbedingt nötig.
