Remove the calipers

  • Next use a large ratchet wrench with a 19mm socket to remove the two bolts that hold the caliper to the vehicle.

  • These bolts are in very tight, and had thread locker on them from the factory, so you may need a very long wrench or a breaker bar in order to get enough leverage to remove these two bolts.

  • Hold on to the caliper as you remove the second of the two bolts so it doesn't fall when you remove the bolt.

Utiliser ensuite une grosse clé à cliquet avec une douille de 19 mm pour retirer les deux boulons qui maintiennent l'étrier au véhicule.

Ces boulons sont très serrés et comportent du frein-filet provenant de l'usine, vous aurez donc peut-être besoin d'une très longue clé ou d'une barre de coupe afin d'obtenir suffisamment de levier pour retirer ces deux boulons.

Tenez l'étrier pendant que vous retirez le deuxième des deux boulons afin qu'il ne tombe pas lorsque vous retirez le boulon.
