Apply heat to back panel

  • Using a heat gun, or a hair dryer, apply heat to the back panel.

  • The purpose of this is to lightly melt to the glue keeping the back panel on, easing the process of removing this backing.

  • Ensure this process is gradual, lightly applying heat at a distance to avoid melting any component.

Rückseite erwärmen

Nutze einen Heißluft-Föhn oder iOpener um die Rückseite deines Telefons zu erwärmen. Wenn du keinen Heißluftföhn oder iOpener besitzt, kannst du auch einen normalen Föhn benutzen.

Die Wärme hilft dabei, den Kleber zu lösen, der die Rückseite festhält – so lässt sie sich später leichter abnehmen.

Achte darauf, das Gerät gleichmäßig und nicht zu stark zu erwärmen. Es könnte sonst dazu führen, dass die Rückseite schmilzt. Halte am besten einen Abstand zwischen Föhn und Gerät ein.
