Dual zippers

  • Dual zippers (also referred to as two-way zippers) have two sliders:

  • One that unzips from the top

  • One that's oriented upside down and unzips from the bottom

  • Importantly, these zippers don't have a zipper box (reference image #3).

  • If an issue occurs with a dual zipper, first check that both sliders are present at the bottom of the zipper. The top slider can migrate up the zipper tape and the zipper won't fasten with only the bottom slider.

Cerniere duali

Le cerniere duali (chiamate anche cerniere a due vie) hanno due cursori:

Uno che si apre dall'alto

Uno che è orientato al contrario e si apre dal basso

È importante notare che queste cerniere non hanno una coppa per il perno (immagine di riferimento #3).

Se si verifica un problema con una cerniera duale, prima controlla che entrambi i cursori siano presenti nella parte inferiore della cerniera. Il cursore superiore può migrare verso l'alto lungo il nastro della cerniera e la cerniera non si chiuderà se c'è solo il cursore inferiore.
